To begin the process, we conduct your free consultation. Then we have you pay a $250 non-refundable registration fee. This fee covers the admin duties of opening an active Nanny search for your family & also gets you your one-hour virtual consultation session to go over your needs.
After paying your registration fee, we will schedule your one-hour consult. During this virtual session we will discuss your ideal Nanny & what you are seeking. We then conduct your search and send you up to five qualified candidates to choose from. You interview and ultimately hire who you are interested in.
Although this is rare, due to our successful match making process, we understand it could happen. We will refine your search by reevaluating your needs so that we can make a stronger match & *send you more options to choose from.
(*Sending more than the initial 5 Candidates, will warrant an additional Registration Fee)
Absolutely! Not only can you meet them, but we encourage you to offer your favorite Nanny(ies) a short trial run to see how compatible you are.

We are always here to help. Based off the Placement Package you choose in your Client Contract, your separation may have fallen within the free replacement window. If it did, we will be making an attempt at replacing the Nanny for free.
Our specialty is Career Nannies. A Career Nanny is one that holds more than ten years of professional childcare experience post age 18. These level of Nannies showcase, on average, stronger ethical & professional practices and have the experience needed for busy and demanding families.
The average Nanny Agency offers Nannies; we offer Career Nannies. The difference, as described above, is substantial. Career Nannies & the experience they hold provides your family with a far more reliable, stable, engaging, & supportive Nanny for your family.
We provide families with Nannies at this time. We do not refer other Household Staff.
We would love to assist! As long as you are willing to offer a Nanny at least 25 hours per week at a minimum of $20/hr, we can help.
We do not employ the Nannies directly. Once you make a Nanny a job offer we can direct you to a Nanny payroll company so that you can employ them yourself.
On average, it can take 4-8 weeks to find you your ideal Nanny. This can sometimes happen sooner; & sometimes a little longer.

We require the following of all Nanny Applicants:
-10 or more years of Professional childcare experience post age 18
-CPR Certified or willing to obtain
-Legal to work in the USA
-Can pass a Background Check
Nope! Our services to you are free!
We encourage you to obtain one ASAP. We will not be able to refer you to potential Clients u till you have a valid CPR Certification.
On average it can take 5-10 weeks find you your ideal position & it is never guaranteed you will be offered a job through one of our clients.
We do but on a different level then screening Nannies like yourself. Clients are our paid customers who are seeking a professional Nanny. We interview them and research them with limitations in place. You are free to self screen any Client we introduce you to before accepting a position should you choose.
Yes. If made an offer, we will be running a Nationwide background check on you that you will have to pass in order to accept the offers.
