This fee covers the administrative work of opening your personalized nanny search and also includes a one-hour virtual consultation, where we’ll dive deeper into your family’s priorities to ensure we find the best possible match.
Once your registration fee is complete, we’ll schedule your one-hour virtual consultation. During this session, we’ll take time to learn about your ideal nanny and the qualities that matter most to your family. From there, we conduct a tailored search on your behalf and present you with up to five carefully selected, highly qualified candidates. You’ll have the opportunity to interview each one and ultimately choose the nanny who feels like the perfect fit for your family.
Although it’s rare with our thoughtful matchmaking process, we understand that sometimes the first candidates may not feel like the right fit. If that happens, we’ll take the time to revisit your family’s needs and fine-tune the search to bring you closer to the right match. Should you wish to see additional candidates beyond the initial five, a supplemental registration fee would apply.
Absolutely! Not only will you have the opportunity to meet the nannies we present, but we strongly encourage you to interview them and, if you’d like, arrange a short trial period. This gives both your family and the nanny a chance to experience how well you connect and ensures you feel confident in your final decision.

We don’t employ nannies directly. Once you hire a nanny, we can connect you with a trusted nanny payroll service to make sure they are paid correctly and on time. This helps create a smooth, positive experience for both your family and your nanny.
On average, it takes 4–8 weeks to find your ideal nanny. Sometimes the process can move faster, and occasionally it may take a little longer, depending on your family’s unique needs. We strongly encourage all nannies to obtain CPR certification as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot refer you to potential families until you hold a valid CPR certification, as it is a critical safety requirement for the families we serve.
On average, it can take 5–10 weeks to find a position that’s a great match for you. While we work hard to connect highly qualified nannies with families, placement is never guaranteed, as it depends on the specific needs and timing of the families we serve.
Yes, we do screen families, though in a different way than we vet nannies. Families are our paying clients seeking a professional nanny, so we interview them and conduct research within certain limitations. That said, you are always free to self-screen any family we introduce you to before accepting a position, giving you the opportunity to ensure the family is the right fit for you.
Yes. If you receive a job offer, we will conduct a comprehensive nationwide background check, which must be successfully passed in order for you to accept the position. This ensures the safety and trust of the families we work with and helps maintain the high standards of our nanny placements.
